Payment services may involve third-party banking systems, payment gateways, Operator platforms, and operational infrastructure providers depending on the applicable service environment.
Payment transactions are generally processed instantly or near real-time based on Operator system availability and operational network status.
Once a transaction is successfully processed and confirmed by the respective operator, platform, payment gateway, banking partner, or associated operational system, the transaction shall normally be considered final and non-reversible.
Users are advised to carefully verify Payment Amount, account number, Invoice amount, service provider details, and payment information before completing any transaction.
In cases where payment is debited but transaction status remains pending or unsuccessful due to technical interruption, gateway failure, banking delays, or operator confirmation issues, refunds or reversals may depend upon banking systems, payment gateway timelines, and settlement infrastructure.
