As B2B and B2C company we provide multiple product and services .However we provide AEPS,Money transfer ,Recharge,Mini ATM,POS machine, Prepaid card ,White label ATM.

Which Bank or company products Indezon Provides services?

As B2B Company we provide all fintech product and services either through Direct API Integration from Bank or through third party API Partner to Cater out Customers .Hitachi Payment services pvt Ltd for White label ATM and Pos Machine of AGS etc. Apart from this we also have our own home grown Fintech Product and our Official website “www.indezonpay and www.indezon.in” available for Customer product information and use it once registered with our company.

What are the documents required to register as Agents/Channel Partner?

Documents vary product to product, Generally Self Attested Pan card/Address Proof/Mobile no/Email id and Business proof is required to get your registered or as per product to product require

Do you provide API,White label for AEPS,DMT,Recharge?

Yes we provide all these services.

Is agent and Mini ATM and Services activation chargeable?

Yes it is chargeable as per service taken and can be ordered online or Offline.

Do you provide white label ATM and Which Company?

We provide White Label ATM of Hitachi Payment services, AGS and State ATM.

How is your company associated with ATM Provider Company?

We are MF of Hitachi and AGS and have tie up with 3 rd party for State ATM.

Is White Label ATM be installed at any place ?

No White label ATM can be installed only after verification and subject to approval of concerned company.

Is commission chargeable for ATM installation?

No commission is chargeable; however any expenses incurred by us will be chargeable. Apart from this you have to pay Security Deposit to Hitachi Accounts only. No brokerage is allowed by company.

Who will solve customer care queries?

As per defined product feature, we will guide in case of any issue.

Is Indezon is responsible for any delay or defect in service?

No, however we will provide service warranty of product and help customer who buy with us.

How will dispute resolved be resolved with Indezon?

Mutual agreement with any agents /channel partners or asks for refund for undue delay of product or services. No claim can be done once complaint is not done after 48 hours of delivery. Services if already provided can’t be refunded but improved. Buyers need to check before any deal is done.

RETURN POLICY

Are charges for agent’s services already activated refundable if not used?

Any charges related to Agent,distributor ,Mini ATM,POS Machine ,ATM is non refundable.

Is Mini ATM and POS machine refundable if not activated?

No refund allowed after sale is over, however case by case can be done as per approval of management, subject to all deduction and taxes incurred.

Can Franchisee Return White Label ATM returned anytime and Claim Refund ?

Yes Franchisee can return ATM but there is agreement which Franchise sign and follow agreement. Generally before 1 Year 1 lakh penalty is charged from Franchisee if he close ATM and post this period only relocation charge is applicable.Only refundable security is applicable for refund.

What if ATM damaged or money stolen?

External damage of ATM and Money in ATM is insured .V-Sat is not insured, Franchisee has to pay damages to reinstall V-sat and Engineer cost incurred by us.

What protection does Indezon offer to buyer in case of lost or damaged goods is received or product or services not received even if delivered by Indezon?

We take responsibility till we provide products and services, we will replace as our own as per policy. If reported within 48 hours of delivery, buyers can claim refund if payment is made to us. Buyers need to resend the product then only we will refund with mutual consent of sellers.
