These API are sourced either directly from banks or from Third party Fintech service provider. We does not hold trademark, copyright of any supplier of device .Indezon does not manufacture these devices and works as reseller of these Mini ATM and POS machine. Indezon does not provide any warranty or guarantee for the services provided by the service provider (s). Any Services by user is made without recourse against us for any breach of contract by this manufacturer and service providers'. Any disputes regarding the quality, delivery and Manufacturing, defects and update in software integration with regards to Device Software update is done by these services providers, charges taken, expiration, or other terms must be handled directly between User (or the recipient of these devices and service provider).

We help to Install ATM Machine device of as per guideline provided to us and we act reseller or Master Franchisee of ATM Machine as described in website .This ATM Machine is installed in accordance to RBI Guideline/NCPI /Hitachi Payment services pvt Ltd. As Reseller or master franchise of Hitachi Payment services Pvt Ltd or other services providers we are bound to follow rules and policy guidelines. Also Indezon is neither as bank nor cash supplier. Indezon does not manufacture these ATMs, nor provide any direct service. Indezon does not provide any warranty or guarantee for the services provided by the service provider (s). Any Services by user is made without recourse against us for any breach of contract by this manufacturer and service providers'. Without limitation, any speculative, false or fraudulent transaction is prohibited. Not to indulge in Hoarding, fake currency circulation, Cloning of Debit card at his location and follow legitimate process given in franchisee agreement.

User Responsibility : The User confirms to us that User is 18 years of age or above and has the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement with us and that all information provided by the User in respect of use of the service is true and accurate To the best of User's knowledge and belief. User is responsible for the security of the password and for all transactions undertaken using his / her password through our service. The User confirms that User is the authorized holder of Debit card issued by Bank and used in Indezon or any of its representative, agent, consultant, sub-contractor etc. will not be responsible for any financial loss, inconvenience or mental agony resulting from use or misuse of User ID / password / credit card details / Debit card details / bank account details for making transactions on / from this website.

Indezon does not operate transportation services of its own. It is the sole discretion of the User to select any operator or mode as per User's convenience.
