- Post 1 year if WLA site didn’t achieve 2100 cash txns then HPY has right to close WLA site.
Pay-out calculation approach:
1. If 2000 cash txns and 600 non cash happened particular site then in following way pay-out will be calculated: out of 2,000 cash txn HPY will keep 800 cash and remaining 1200 cash txns will be calculated as follows (Rs.11 X 1,200 cash txns= Rs.13,200) reason 1,200 cash txns slab comes in 2nd slab (for 2nd slab per cash txn amt. is Rs. 11) and for Non cash txns HPY will keep 250 non cash txns and remaining non cash txns commission will distributed among franchise.
2. Minimum guarantee calculation approach:For recovery amount base amount will be Rs.14,000 so if total 10,000 amount (cash txns + non cash txns included) generated from WLA site then HPY will recover extra Rs.4000 from franchise.
